Do you have ideas/advice for fellow recruiters/headhunters/staffing sales professionals? What about passive and active candidates? Or are you a candidate (and we all are at one point or another) that wants to rant/rave about what we recruiters do that they like/dislike?

Step 1. Contact me with your Resume — no, you will not get paid to post here. I just want to know what your background is especially if you’re in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry.
Step 2. Register on the site – it’s extremely simple. You will be assigned a “contributor” status.
Step 3. Write, Write, Write — submit, and it’ll be posted for the rest of the world to read.
Step 4. Send your article to friends and family to read.
Step 5. Repeat steps 3-5 (hopefully on a regular basis)
